Saratoga Partners is an independent, New York-based merchant banking firm making private equity investments in partnership with management across the industrial manufacturing, business service and information service sectors.

As a sole or lead investor, Saratoga primarily pursues control investments in U.S.-headquartered, middle-market companies that it believes have opportunities for enhanced growth and productivity.  Saratoga’s investment strategy is squarely focused on “special situation” middle-market acquisitions involving complexity or inefficiencies – including restructurings – that present attractive value combined with active, “hands-on” post-investment involvement to achieve revenue and productivity enhancements.
